Who we are

ATC-EUTECTICS LLC is a privately held engineering and technical consulting company at 66 Medaugh Road, Wantage, New Jersey 07461. The firm takes on complex embedded development, legacy firmware rescue, and the kind of instrument work that has to ship on time.

The practice is led by Michael D. Lynes. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ) and a postgraduate Computer Science certificate. He is a working engineer first: C/C++ on real-time targets, drivers, control loops, and structured test — and an experienced technical leader who reorganizes teams when a program is late.

Since 2017 he has supported Rudolph Research Analytical Inc. in Hackettstown on firmware across the instrument line (polarimeters, refractometers, density meters, automation), FreeRTOS / AVR32 builds, FPGA- and converter-facing drivers, and 21 CFR Part 11 documentation and test for pharma-facing UI software.

Earlier: LGS Innovations / Bell Labs Government Systems (UAS attitude-heading integration and field RF test); founder of Eutectics Inc. (2001–2014) on kiosk, RoIP/MANET, and ATC programs for teams at Tyco/ELO, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Plantronics, Eurocontrol, and Rajant; plus software-engineering and project-leadership roles at RADVision, Bogen, Lucent Bell Labs, and V-Band/IPC.
