This notice is for www.atceutectics.com and work you do with ATC-EUTECTICS LLC, 66 Medaugh Road, Wantage, New Jersey 07461.
1. Privacy disclaimer
- Bare-minimum personal information (like your name, email, or phone number) only — email to know who you are; name and mobile only if you give them. No extra identifiers.
- Explicit permission first — we do not keep an account record, finish a statement of work, or start a paid package until you say yes.
- We never store a raw credit-card number. Package pay uses Stripe Checkout / Link — Stripe processes those details.
- You can ask us to delete what we hold. We log that ask and a person at the house confirms it. We may keep a thin record if the law says we must (for example invoices or SMS STOP proof).
2. Personal information — what we store, why, and how long
We do not ask for extra identifiers “just in case.” Optional fields stay empty until you give them.
Direct customers (after you acknowledge this notice):
- Email — required, so we know who you are
- Name and mobile — optional
- Package, features, and extras you chose
- SOW and signoff references (the documents live in your private project repo; we keep an index)
- Subscription and support hours if you buy ongoing support
- A GitHub repo pointer such as
atceutectics/your-project— not the files themselves - Auth pointers (the name of a secret in Actions or 1Password). We do not store live passwords or API tokens
- A Stripe customer id if you pay through Stripe Checkout — still never the card number
Fiverr orders stay thin: your house-contact email, the Fiverr order id, and a SOW reference. No extra profile unless you convert to a direct customer and agree again.
SMS / feature-alert forms (separate from a project account): name, email, optional mobile, optional message, and the consent evidence we need to text you. Coupon codes we issue (ATC10-…) are not personal information.
The website may keep ordinary technical logs (approximate IP, browser, pages viewed) to run and protect the site. We do not use that as a customer profile.
What we do not collect
- Raw credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account numbers
- Government ID, date of birth, or a full street address on these forms
- Live API keys, tokens, or passwords in your project repo or in our account database
Why we use it
To do the work you hired us for: deliver a package, keep the SOW straight, log support hours, send the texts or email you asked for, and answer you later. We do not use this information to sell lists, run ads, or train a public model.

3. Care statement — how we handle customer data
- Customer account records live in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare encrypts the database while it is stored. Your email, name, and mobile also get a second layer of our own encryption.
- SMS and coupon records stay in a separate Cloudflare store, encrypted the same way. Those programs are not mixed into the account database.
- House staff see a masked view by default (for example, just the first letter of your email and the part after the @). Opening the real values is a separate, logged owner step.
- Access is limited to the house. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with anyone for their marketing.
We use a few processors solely to deliver what you asked for (email via Resend, texts via Twilio, hosting via Cloudflare, payments via Stripe Checkout). They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Today:
- Pending SMS or coupon signups: about 14 days, then they expire.
- Active project accounts: while we are doing the work, then a reasonable time after (about 24 months after last activity) unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Invoices / tax papers if any exist: as long as New Jersey or federal tax rules require. We keep the fact of a bill, not a card number.
- SMS STOP / opt-out proof: we keep the fact that you opted out (typically several years) even if we delete the rest of your contact details. That protects you from more texts.
Your choices
Email jubal@atceutectics.com or info@atceutectics.com to see or correct what we hold, or use the delete form below. Text STOP to leave the SMS program — that does not need this form.
Permission before we hold an account
We will not create a direct-customer account, finish SOW signoff, or start a package until you check this box. Email plus a yes. Written SOW + privacy acceptance is the separate signoff below.
Thank you. We recorded your permission. We still only keep the minimum — email, plus anything you later ask us to store for the project.

4. Request-to-delete
Use this form or email jubal@atceutectics.com. We log the request the same day we see it. A person at the house has to confirm before anything is wiped — we will not auto-erase a live account from a single click.
What we delete after house confirm: the stored name, email, and mobile on the account. What we may keep: a one-way code made from your email (not the email itself) so we can find the record, the fact that you asked, STOP / consent proof, and any invoice or tax record we are required to keep. Typical turnaround is about 30 days.
We logged your delete request. Nothing has been wiped yet. House will confirm.

We'll confirm by email when your data is deleted.
5. Customer signoff — written acceptance of SOW / privacy
Type your name. That is your written acceptance of this notice and the statement of work / project terms we agreed. The documents themselves live in your private project repo when it exists; we keep an index and this signed record.
Thank you. We recorded your written signoff (notice version 1.6.0). Name is stored encrypted; the house list shows a mask only.
We could not record that signoff. Check email, typed name, and both boxes, or email jubal@atceutectics.com.
SMS, HELP, and STOP
You receive texts only if you asked us: website form, keyword (START / YES / UNSTOP) to +1 908-649-8132, email to info@atceutectics.com, or a verbal request using the published script. Text STOP to leave. Text HELP or email help@atceutectics.com. Full program terms: SMS Terms. We do not share, sell, rent, or buy mobile information or SMS opt-in data for marketing.
Children
This site and our work are for adult business contacts. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll put the date at the top of the updated page. Starting a new package after that date means you are looking at the current version.
