What you are buying
A Bot Shop package (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and any extras you select on Packages, such as an extra tune. Prices shown there are the prices we charge. During launch, the first 20 Launch customers may take a complimentary Bot House Audit (regular value $200) or use LAUNCH20 for 20% off the first package (line items). Those two do not stack. We honor LAUNCH20 while launch pricing is on. A confirmed feature-alerts ATC10- code may take 10% off at Checkout when we have already granted that code. One code per pay; they do not stack.
How you pay
You pay on Stripe Checkout. We accept card and Link only — not PayPal. This site never collects or stores raw card numbers, CVC, or bank account numbers. Stripe processes those details. We may keep a Stripe customer id, the package you bought, and the fact of payment.
What we deliver
We set up the house described for that package on your accounts and tools. Timelines and revision counts on Packages are our working targets. Custom consulting, ongoing support, and anything outside the package card are governed by a written statement of work (SOW) if we issue one — the SOW wins if it conflicts with this page.
Refunds
Package work starts after we confirm payment. If we have not started, email us and we will refund. If we kink the setup we delivered, we make you whole — FOC. After work is underway on a change you asked for, other refunds are case by case. Stripe’s own fees may not be recoverable.
Privacy
How we hold contact and order records is in our privacy notice. We never store your full card number.
SMS program
Informational texts are a separate program. Those rules stay on SMS Terms.
